ADMINS LIMIT
On my server after making some specific amount of admins we're unable to add more without removing one. There is a limit of.max admins. Please could someone help me tell how to increase the limit?

AMXBANS WITHOUT SQL
Please can there be an AMXBans that works without SQL, so that who don't have SQL still can use AMXBans without it (use nvault ?) as AMXBans have various features other than website showing too which we like

Here I'm having this issue : Directory include/smarty/templates_c is not writable !!
When I created the given directory a blank page opens in site and such a folder is created in the created directory
NAME OF FOLDER : %%75^751^751881E0%%setup.tpl.php
