You can find the current code for AMXBans on our BitBucket Mercurial Repository. There will not be any compiled plugins in the repository, so you will be responsible for compiling the code yourself. If we get the support to help improve the current AMXBans release, I will consider creating a Snapshot Build system for this (the storage location for my build system costs me extra since it is located in the Cloud and CDN backed, hence why I will only create it if the need arises).

Feel free to fork the repo and make changes that improve AMXBans, just remember to create a Pull Request to have it integrated back into the official code.
