[HELP] Amxban install blank page

Hey im trying to install amxban on my website, and when i try it on setup my page goes all white nothing shows there. Any Ideas?

MySQL version: 5.0.12
Amxbans version: 6.13

AMXBans 6.13 not working on PHP7.

P.S. Consider to upgrade to PHP 7.2.2. - it's a security update.

yes yes i know, but can you tell me an amxban version that works on php version 7.2.1 and mysqlp version 5.0.12? because the last one doesnt work on 5.0.12 mysql :/
