Table (X) Doesnt Exist

Hi, Im trying to install AmxBans website 6.14.4
Everything is fine until it reaches the final step, which doesnt create tables

Table 'amxbans.amxb_webconfig' doesn't exist

However, I tried to install the stable official version, but everytime I extract the files, I get white page, no installation guides, setup or anything

Web-server: Ubuntu 18.04
PHP Version: PHP Version 7.2
MySQL version: Ver 5.7.29
Amxbans version: 6.14.4, and the white page on 6.13

Yeah, problem is with various databases.

Delete all tables installed in database.
Take new installation, paste https://files.fm/u/xvkns37r file into install folder and try setuping again.
